We want to make sure we have all the content to build out your tour solution as quickly as possible.
We will be using your local knowledge, your videos, audio, photos and text content, to create these experiences for your clients.
If you have purchased more than one Community Tour with us, you will be receiving a questionnaire for each tour you've purchased.
We make it easy for you in a few steps:You will receive a questionnaire with details to fill out with your purchase.
For each stop you will provide a location, media assets, links, popups and written content for our team to build the tour for you.
Our team will build the community tour to stop at each of the locations along the route you outline for us in the questionnaire.
We send you a Marketing Link and QR Code for each tour we build for you, as well as access to the backend tools (for any future edits you may have).
You share out your new community tour on your website, Zillow profile, realtor.com profile, listing flyers, door knocking info, etc.

We are currently charging each product license fee on an annual basis.
i.e. If you buy the $500 Community Tour, it will be up and live 24/7 for a full year starting from your date of purchase.
Same goes for Our Client Event Series — we have worked out licensing in partnership with Story City that will leave the story (or stories of your choosing) up and branded with your brand up for a year from their launch date. -

YES, they will need to download the free Story City app.
We are leveraging the Story City App in the development of our stories.The app has the ability for your clients to add your tours and passive client events to their personal libraries so they can access them anytime.
It will guide them to start locations, through the journey of your design and showcasing your expertise in a fun and easy to use way.
The Story City Tool suite also allows for live updates, so you can make changes in the Creator Tools and they will update immediately for your clients.
This allows you the opportunity to make sure all information is as up to date and accurate as possible at all times.

If you have out of town clients who want to leverage this virtual tour experience, you can refer them to a fancy feature in the Story City App settings called “Spoiler Mode,” where they can enjoy your tours from a distance before ever coming into town or share them with friends after they return home.
